Fitnessy Friday – The Dirty Dozen

I stumbled across this workout on Tumblr and thought it would be fabulous to try today. Pretty sure the post babyness of my bladder is not going to able to accomplish those air jacks but what the heck. Let’s give it a go!

Send me a note in the comments section or on twitter (@meganagahan) before Monday and let me know how many rounds you make it through in 30 min . . . . a little accountability never hurt anyone!

  1. Ugh…painful! It felt like bootcamp minus a drill sergeant. Well, I lasted 2.5 rounds. The lunges and cobra to plank were my difficulties because of pre-existing injuries. So I’ll aim for 3 rounds without tears before going for 4 rounds! Thanks Megan!

  2. another awesome workout megan!……and so easy to do when i’m away!….thanks!…..
    i didn’t have a full 30 minutes to do it….but finished 4 sets in 20 minutes…..and the sweat was definately dripping!
