i stumbled across this workout on tumblr and thought it would be fabulous to try today. pretty sure the post babyness of my bladder is not going to able to accomplish those air jacks but what the heck. let’s give it a go!

Ugh…painful! It felt like bootcamp minus a drill sergeant. Well, I lasted 2.5 rounds. The lunges and cobra to plank were my difficulties because of pre-existing injuries. So I’ll aim for 3 rounds without tears before going for 4 rounds! Thanks Megan!

4.75 times through in 30 minutes . . . a LOT of sweat happening . . whew. bed TIME

i didn’t have a full 30 minutes to do it….but finished 4 sets in 20 minutes…..and the sweat was definately dripping!
